We build single-family homes and small residential communities from the ground up. Every project starts with careful site selection, moves through a design process built around how families actually live, and ends with a finished home that holds up over time.
We handle the full development cycle: land acquisition, entitlements, design coordination, construction management, and delivery. Our focus is on Pacific Northwest residential. We know the climate, the permitting environment, and what buyers in this region are looking for. We keep our project count small so each one gets the attention it needs.
Real estate consulting and development planning
We work with landowners, investors, and early-stage developers who need help figuring out what a site can do. That might mean a feasibility study, a development program, entitlement strategy, or a realistic pro forma.
We bring the same underwriting discipline we apply to our own projects. You get an honest read on costs, timeline, and risk, not a pitch. If a project pencils, we can help you take it forward. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that early and explain why.
