Aspire Grove Homes

Built for the Pacific Northwest

A team of developers, builders, and planners with more than three decades of combined experience. We build fewer homes than most, and that is exactly the point.

Combined experience

30+

years in Pacific Northwest real estate

We started because we saw homes built wrong

Aspire Grove Homes came out of a simple frustration: too many new homes in the Pacific Northwest were designed for the listing photo, not for the family moving in. Finishes that looked sharp at first showing. Floor plans that ignored how people actually move through a house. Construction schedules padded to hide sloppy work.

We combined more than three decades of experience in residential development, construction management, and real estate finance to do something different. Fewer homes. Better process. Real attention at every stage.

North Grove in Lynnwood is our first community under this banner, and it reflects exactly that commitment: 10 homes, eight single-family and two duplex units, each one built like it matters. It is the model we plan to repeat as we take on more sites in the region.

The principles behind every home

Craft over quantity

We build fewer homes than most developers, and that is by design. Keeping the project count small means every framing inspection, every finish schedule, every mechanical rough-in gets the attention it deserves. Nothing ships that we would not live in ourselves.

Designed around the daily routine

The mudroom, the kitchen island, the covered outdoor space. Those are where Pacific Northwest life actually happens. We design from the daily routine outward, not from a floor plan photo inward. The result is homes that work for real families.

Built for this climate

Every home gets energy-efficient windows, properly sized mechanical systems, and insulation packages built for the Pacific Northwest. Comfortable today and lower to operate over time.

Honest all the way through

Buying a home from a developer takes trust. We tell buyers what is happening on site, when it is happening, and why. If something changes, we say so early. No surprises policy, no hand-offs to junior staff after you sign.

Homes that hold up, in a region worth building for

The Pacific Northwest draws people who care about where they live. We want to build communities that match that care: places that feel right the first week and still feel right ten years later. Construction quality, thoughtful design, and long-term thinking from the ground up.

Build fewer homes. Build them well.

We keep our project pipeline intentionally small. That lets us apply real attention to each site: the right layout for the lot, the right product for the market, the right GC with a clean track record. Not volume development. Accountable development.

What you can expect from us

Buying a home from a developer takes trust. We try to earn it early and keep it through delivery and beyond.

Transparent communication

We tell buyers what is happening on site, when it is happening, and why. If something changes, we say so early.

Honest timelines

Our completion estimates are built from the schedule, not from what we think you want to hear. We would rather set a realistic date and hit it.

Accountable delivery

Every home we complete carries our name. We stand behind the construction and stay available after closing.

Direct access to the team

Questions about your home go straight to the person who can answer them, not a call center or a rotating cast of assistants.
