What we like about building in Lynnwood right now

When we were evaluating sites for our first project, Lynnwood kept coming back to the top of the list. The Link Extension to Lynnwood City Center opened in August 2024, and the commute math to downtown Seattle changed overnight.
The neighborhood around North Grove is walkable to schools, a short drive to major employers on the Eastside, and close enough to the water to feel like you're actually in the Pacific Northwest. The site itself has good street presence and a scale that works for 10 homes without feeling crammed.
We also liked that Lynnwood is in a genuine transition moment: new infrastructure, new investment, new residents. Getting in at the right point in that arc is part of how we think about site selection.
