Framing is up on the first four homes at North Grove

Four of the ten homes at North Grove cleared framing inspection on May 12, right on schedule. Rough mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work starts next week across all four units.
The framing crew did solid work navigating a stretch of wet weather in April without slipping the timeline. A few days of material staging got shuffled, but nothing that pushed the critical path.
We're targeting insulation and drywall starts in early June, which keeps the June delivery window intact for the earliest closings. We'll have updated photos of the community from the street by the end of the month.
